Comedy Shows 9/11 through 9/16/17

Every year, this is one of those weeks where everyone needs a laugh.  St. Louis Comedy is ready for you.  In addition to all of the great open mics you can find listed on our Open Mic List, we’ve got a slew of laughs waiting in venues across the city.  Here’s what you can look forward to.

 

Tuesday 9/12

Kyle Kinane at The Ready Room (4195 Manchester, St. Louis, MO 63110, 8pm, $20)  – Uncle Barbecue graces the stage of The Ready Room tonight, with 2016 Helium Comedy “St. Louis’ Funniest Person” winner, Rafe Williams.  The show is $20 with doors at 7pm.   It’ll be sold out by the time this is published though.

 

 

 

Wednesday 9/13

Live Comedy DVD at The Heavy Anchor (5226 Gravois, St. Louis, MO 63116, 8pm, $5) – Brandon Judd’s new concept show is co-hosted by Jon Venegoni this month.  It’s the only stand up comedy show with bonus features!

 

 

 

Thursday 9/14

All the Feels at The Improv Shop (3960 Chouteau, St. Louis, MO 63110, 8pm, $6) – America’s favorite story telling show is a hit with audiences at its new location in The Improv Shop.  Join host, Angela Smith, as she brings you a roster of storytellers who’ll regale you the tales celebrating the earnestness of youth.

 

 

Ben Kronberg at Blueberry Hill (6504 Delmar, St. Louis, MO 63130,  8pm, $12) – Kelsey McClure’s new “Comedy Here” venture presents Ben Kronberg with Googleplexia and Amber Falter in the Duck Room tonight.  Kronberg’s unique voice and style of comedy will make for a great Thursday night.

 

 

Friday 9/15

Impolite Company at The Crack Fox (1114 Olive, St. Louis, MO 63101, 10:30pm, $7) – Chris Cyr’s monthly production at The Crack Fox features favorite locals Ella Fritts (Hosting) and Tina Dybal.  Visiting comics Cortney Warner, Mary Jay Berger, and Gwen Sunkel round out the bill.  $2 of every cover charge goes to Planned Parenthood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Saturday 9/16

Fatal Bus Accident at The Improv Shop (3960 Chouteau, St. Louis, MO 63110, 8pm, $6) – The weirdest and wackiest show in the city is on the main stage at The Improv Shop.  A self contained universe featuring a talk show with stand up comedy, sketch, video, and whatever else they throw in.  Check it out!
