We’re taking a minute to show you some of the great performers who’ll be walking the boards of the stages in The Grove for Flyover Comedy Festival.
Eli Lutsky is a comedian and writer based in Los Angeles, or “L.A.” He has performed stand up at Hell Yes Fest, the Whiskey Bear Comedy Festival, and the Charm City Comedy Festival. He currently runs a monthly sketch comedy show called “1,000 Years of Cinema” at the Pack Theater in Hollywood, California.
What are you looking forward to most at the festival this year?
I love exploring new cities. I usually try to find the very boring museum that’s just about the history of that particular city/state, so I’m pretty excited to check out the Missouri History Museum.
When/where are you performing at the festival?
I’m performing on Friday at The Improv Shop at 9pm, and on Saturday at The Monocle at 10pm.

It’s Halloween season, did you wear a costume? What was it?
This year I was a DVD that was put back incorrectly. So I looked like the DVD case to Toy Story 2, but then when you opened it there was just a Prairie Home Companion spoken word CD. Sorry if that’s hard to picture, you probably had to be there.
Would you rather be covered in spiders, or live in a world without tacos?
Spiders, because it only hurts me whereas the taco thing effects everyone in the world. I don’t even care about tacos, but other people do so I think the honorable thing here is take one for the team.
Do you even lift?
If you have a pet project, something to promote, or anything you want share, tell us here.
