DESCRIBE YOUR MATERIAL/STYLE OF PERFORMING TO SOMEONE WHO HASN’T SEEN YOU

I’m an energetic story teller in my delivery. I also incorporate the audience to my act so it feels more engaging.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST EXCITING THING, PERSONALLY, THIS YEAR, ABOUT STAND UP?

I love performing. So, I’m excited about the opportunity I’ve had for more stage time and, to perform in front of bigger audiences.

CURRENTLY, WHAT’S THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU ARE WORKING TO OVERCOME, IN STAND UP COMEDY?

Just improving my set as a whole. I want it to be better, funnier and deeper.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST COMEDY GOAL FOR THE NEXT YEAR?

To be booked consistently as a host or feature.

WHAT IS ONE THING YOU WISH YOU’D KNOWN BEFORE YOU STARTED PERFORMING?

Confidence is key. No matter what I might be thinking or feeling, if I remain confident I can do anything.

Crown Royal and Sprite, because that’s my drink. Once you have it you’ll understand why

Lake View Terrace: It’s a movie about a cop harassing this interracial couple. Ain’t no surviving the police!

Precious Topics: hosted by Comedian Precious J, Richard Payne Jr., and myself. We discuss a wide range of topics and make fun of each other.

St. Louis Cigar Club: Hosted by Ricky Royal, Shon Don, Wayne Phillips and myself. It’s a guys perspective on life, relationships and entertainment.
